Change and Refund Policy
At ACTs Of Green, we proudly present you the design and quality of our products. Thoughtfully caring for selecting raw materials, textiles, details and manufacturing is our key objective. For our change and refund policy, please see below:

Should you be dissatisfied with the product, you can contact us so that we can arrange for a change, subject to the conditions set out below. Refund is not allowed under normal circumstances.
*** To qualify for the change, customers must report any defective items within 72 hours from the time of the reception of delivery, trackable through the Couriers’ system.
We may arrange a change for:
damaged at the time of delivery or faulty that is not the fault on your part; or
inspectable manufacturing defection; or
incorrectly shipped product(s) because of an error on our side.
To change an item described above, you must retain the sales invoice and notify us by email at email@example.com within 72 hours from the time of reception of delivery, specifying the reasons. Requests for a change received by us outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion only.
Please Note: Special-order items, items we already stated they are with defection, some clearance items, breakable items, consumable items, items already washed or used, and other specific items, cannot be returned, changed or refunded at any time.
Under normal circumstances we do not allow the cancellation of an order after the order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately if you have specific reasons for cancellation.

In-store Purchase (applied to Thailand's branches only)
Please properly check all items before leaving our store. ACTs Of Green bears no responsibility for any damage, that is not from our manufacturing defects, after the customer leaves our store.
Customers may change only the size. Changing in the design and/or colour is not applicable. You are to bring back the product within 7 days of purchase to any branch of our store (3 days for sale/promotional items).
The product must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, with original packaging, sale tag, and receipt.
Change for a different colour is provided on a specific reason only (e.g., the same colour is out of stock), and is reserved on our discretion only.
Products sold through our ACTs Of Green stores are not refundable.
By case might be only accepted in the event of manufacturing defects or, in rare case, of irregular size/shape in a few old designs, and brought back within 7 days of purchase to any branch of our store (3 days for sale/promotional items). The product must be returned in original condition, unwashed, with original packaging, sales tag, and receipt.
Requests for a change or refund outside this time frame or with other reasons may be accepted at our discretion only.
